What You Build

As a working student (f/m/d) you will support the team in day-by-day operations. This includes activities:

  • Crafting, aligning marketing and communication collaterals such as roadmaps, product presentations and newsletters
  • Supporting Product Managers and the Management team in creating analysis, presentations, and reports
  • Prepare and support the facilitation of workshop and meetings
  • Identify and analyse gaps and optimize data and contents in our leading tools (e.g Jira)

This opportunity in Product Management will be crucial to ensuring the success of the product management function. In a diverse and international team you will have the opportunity to learn and shape best practices in product definition, discovery, delivery and enablement.

What You Bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Communications & Marketing, Business Management, IT, or related fields
  • Computer skills: Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Jira, etc.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus
  • Soft skills: Creative thinker with strong organizational skills, high quality standards, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in virtual environments
  • Others: Previous experience in operations, communication and marketing, either through internships or academic projects, is a plus
  • The German team location is Walldorf and your onsite presence is essential during onboarding and the day-by-day work

Where you belong

The Adopt to Consume Product Management function takes ownership of customer needs and innovations (both internal and external) and turns them into product solutions from exploration through requirements elicitation, design, and delivery in close collaboration with the engineering teams.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and leveraging state of the art software.
