MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

• University degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• First experience in automotive industry, preferably marketing and planning
• Strong skills in project management, negotiation and communication as well as in convincing and guiding others
• Familiar with coordinating and working in cross functional & international teams
• Sound understanding of automotive products and technologies
• Ability to coordinate major meetings to prepare business cases
• Full IT literacy (MS Office, especially strong Excel Skills)
• Fluent English, ideally German and Korean / or further European Language
  
  
  

Your tasks

• Support management level meetings if it requires
• Support conferences and events
• Provide Management with reports and analysis of parts business in a timely & consistent manner by developing support tools
• Analyze and identify business trends (by mean of own analysis)
• Prepare all required information for a business decision for major meetings
• Maintain close working relationship with the AS partners of distributor/sales companies,Kia & Hyundai & Genesis European Headquarters and MPE branches
• Organize coordination meetings, define material and follow up
• Support development of MPE parts business for assigned tasks
