Your tasks

• Support supplier communication and relationship management, including scheduling and preparing meetings, following up on open issues and product-related inquiries
• Build knowledge of our supplier base (including production processes, cost structures, and capabilities) to support sourcing policy
• Assist in RFI/RFQ preparation, tracking, and follow-up    
• Coordinate with production plants to gather relevant operational information and ensure alignment
• Support supplier evaluation activities, including maintaining supplier databases and tracking key performance indicators (e.g., communication metrics)
• Monitor automotive industry news and trends and prepare summaries to keep the team informed of relevant market developments
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and analyses (incl. spend analysis, price benchmarking, and savings tracking)
