Position: Intern- Program Management Support

Contract Type: 12 month- internship

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in program management within a global organization? This internship offers a unique opportunity to support modular standardization initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. You will assist in coordinating communications, managing documentation, and supporting project plans to ensure successful delivery.

Your Key Accountabilities Include:


  • Coordinate communication content for internal audiences to support change management for Modular Standardization.
  • Maintain and organize a repository of presentation materials and communication assets.
  • Support the Program Director in managing engagement between global teams and regional stakeholders.
  • Assist with project plan administration and ensure adherence to program standards.
  • Contribute to program status reporting and benefits realization updates.
  • Produce visually appealing content for presentations, internal communications, and web platforms.


What Are We Looking For From You:


  • Currently studying for a degree or equivalent qualification (masters preferred.)
  • Strong skills in MS Office, presentation design, and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage tasks across multiple geographies.
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn project management practices.
  • Ideally, at least one year of part-time or full-time work experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for work
