We're looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Talent Acquisition team as we scale. You'll play a hands-on role in keeping our recruitment processes moving, managing candidate communications, coordinating interview logistics, and ensuring every candidate has a smooth experience from first contact to final decision.
Your roadmap to make an impact
- Support the Recruitment team with tracking and maintaining the candidate pipeline within the ATS
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates post-interview and flag any pipeline blockers to the TA team
- Support with ATS automatons and optimization of a seamless workflow
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance and continuously improve the candidate experience
- Support for recruitment-related projects and operational activities as needed.
Job requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and People Operations.
- Fluent in English language is highly require, German is a plus

Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
