You'll make an impact by

  • You support the Private Equity Asset Management team in the use of AI-based tools and applications and contribute to the optimization of day-to-day work processes
  • You research AI use cases and automation opportunities relevant to private markets and prepare information and findings for the team
  • Furthermore, you contribute to knowledge management by maintaining documentation, gathering best practices, and assisting in the creation of training materials on generative AI
  • To ensure continuous improvement, you monitor current developments and trends in AI and technology and summarize relevant insights for internal use
  • Throughout, you assist colleagues in the use of digital tools and contribute to the exchange of knowledge and experiences within the team

This Is How You'll Win Us Over

  • Education: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience and Skills:
    • You actively use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies
    • You have experience with Microsoft 365, especially Copilot, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
    • Prior exposure to Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Asset Management is beneficial
  • Ways of Working: You are a structured problem solver with strong analytical skills and enjoy working independently in a dynamic environment
  • Languages: You possess strong oral and written English skills
