Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of product management and make a real impact as a Working Student (f/m/d) in Munich? Join our team to help shape innovative products, streamline processes, and grow your skills in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment!
We are looking for a motivated working student to join our Product Management team and contribute to the development of the Siemens Xcelerator Marketplace. You will work closely with experienced product managers, gaining hands-on exposure to the full product lifecycle from market research and demand intake through feature rollout and stakeholder communication.
You'll make an impact by
- You support the product management team in organizing and updating requirements, tickets, and documentation, ensuring everything is up-to-date and accessible
- Building on this, you help maintain Confluence pages and ticket statuses, which contributes to improved process transparency and team efficiency
- Additionally, you assist with testing new features, preparing demos, and creating release notes to facilitate smooth rollouts and clear stakeholder communication
- As you grow into the role, you take on more responsibility by helping turn incoming requests into structured Jira tickets and clarifying open questions with the team
- Education: You are currently enrolled in a degree program related to business, technology, engineering, IT, or a similar field
- Experience and Skills:
- You have a strong interest in the interface between business requirements and digital product delivery
- Experience with process documentation or tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
- Basic knowledge of the scrum methodology; practical experience is an advantage
- Ways of Working: You work independently, take ownership of your tasks, and bring a proactive mindset to day-to-day collaboration
- Languages: You communicate confidently in English; German skills are a plus
