YOUR TASKS
- You support the day-to-day operations of Service Product Management and the administration of the service product portfolio
- You contribute to the development of new service concepts from the idea stage through to market launch activities
- You create and support product presentations, workshops, internal training materials, and communication formats
- You identify optimization opportunities within existing service products and contracts and support Service Sales activities
- You support the development of internal tools, documentation, and processes required for successful product delivery
- You identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven improvements within product management, contract management, and related processes
- You support the planning, communication, and follow-up of workshops, meetings, and team events
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Management, Business Administration, Science, or a comparable field
- You have good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- You possess strong analytical skills and are able to structure complex topics in a clear and detail-oriented manner
- You have a structured working style and enjoy taking ownership of tasks while collaborating with international stakeholders
- You have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI), digitalization, and process improvement, ideally supported by initial practical experience
- You are fluent in English, while German and/or Spanish language skills are considered an advantage
- You live in the Hamburg area and are able to work on-site, with remote work possible when required

Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
