What You´ll Build

After a proactive onboarding into the team’s “Organizational Change” topics, with the support of a team buddy, you will:

  • Support in designing and implementing change management measures across our product development board area
  • Actively contribute to transformation projects in collaboration with experienced colleagues from a global team (including on the topic of Artificial Intelligence)
  • Create presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ideally, independently own work packages related to change and transformation
  • Support with change activities (e.g., communication materials; workshop coordination and facilitation support)
  • Closely collaborate with a great team as well as various departments and stakeholders

What you bring

  • Student (m/f/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred field of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Organizational Psychology, Economics, or a comparable field
  • Computer skills: MS Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Languages: English fluent in both written and spoken form, German preferred
  • Soft skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities; initiative and a proactive working style; high level of self organization
  • Willingness to collaborate on-site in Walldorf if possible (occasional home office possible)
  • Hands on experience with AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) and motivation to experiment in this area
  • Analytics skills using AI highly preferable: for data analysis such as survey results, KPI measurements, etc.
  • Initial experience in change management or organizational development is an advantage
  • Coding skills / programming languages are not required
  • Experience or a previous internship in the consulting industry is an advantage
