Our Accounting Unit focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and optimizing internal financial processes.

Internship Details:

As an Accounting Intern at Proceedit, you will play a key role in supporting daily accounting operations and ensuring financial accuracy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Records & Bookkeeping: Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, expenses, and transactions.
• Invoicing & Payments: Assist in preparing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
• Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and internal documentation.
• Expense Tracking & Budget Support: Monitor company expenses and assist in budget tracking and cost control.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of financial activities and assist in maintaining compliance with internal processes.
• Process Optimization: Help improve accounting workflows and contribute to increasing efficiency in financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• A strong interest in accounting, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
