We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) to join our Global Buying Retail Team from November 2026 for a period of 6 months.

If you are passionate about fashion, consumer trends, and retail, this is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of Fashion, Retail, Analytics, and Strategy. Support the development of global retail assortments across brands and product categories, collaborate with international stakeholders, and help shape outstanding customer experiences in markets around the world.

What you can expect:

• Gain insights into the retail business across brands, product categories and distribution channels.
• Analyze consumer, retail and market data to identify emerging product, fashion and lifestyle trends.
• Derive insights from customer feedback, retail management feedback, buyer observations, CRM data and market intelligence to support future assortment decisions.
• Consolidate regional retail product requirements and translate them into actionable recommendations for global stakeholders.
• Participate in key collection and assortment meetings and gain exposure to the entire collection development journey.
• Support the definition, optimization and implementation of global retail assortments across all product groups and wearing occasions.
• Collaborate closely with international buying teams, Merchandise Planning, Brand Management and Marketing.
• Take ownership of your own projects and actively contribute to the strategic development of the Global Retail business.
  
  
  

Your profile:

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Fashion Management or a comparable field of study.
• You are passionate about Retail, Fashion, Consumer Trends and Brands.
• You possess strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data to identify business opportunities.
• You are confident working with Excel and PowerPoint and are eager to continuously develop your analytical toolkit.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• You enjoy working in an international and collaborative environment.
• You are curious, proactive and highly motivated to take ownership and drive topics independently.
• You have strong organizational and time management skills and are able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
