Internship Process Excellence (m/f/d)

Are you a forward-thinker, motivated to make an impact in the world of fashion? Join our Process Excellence & Automation team as an intern (m/f/d) for a duration of 6 months, starting in October 2026.

Are you ready to dive into process excellence and discover how technology shapes the future of fashion? Bring your ideas, curiosity, and drive — because together, we create something extraordinary.

What you can expect:

  • Gain a comprehensive view of our process landscape and explore cutting-edge optimization strategies across diverse business areas.
  • Collaborate with teams from Creative, Product Development, Purchasing, and Data Management.
  • Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of process and innovation workshops.
  • Research digital trends and transformation initiatives, contributing to change management and process digitalization.
  • Get hands-on with process automation & AI — and even develop your own solutions supporting our business.


Your profile:

  • You are enrolled in or have completed a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Process Management, Apparel Management
  • You have basic knowledge of clothing production and are familiar with the core processes of the apparel industry.
  • You have an analytical mindset, good organizational skills, and demonstrate a high level of initiative and enthusiasm in your work.
  • You excel in collaborative team environments while also demonstrating a strong ability to work independently.
  • You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point).
  • You have good written and spoken English skills.

Weekly hours

Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.

Social contributions

Mandatory internships are largely exempt from social contributions. Voluntary internships are treated like regular employment once they run long enough, so contributions usually apply.
