To support our Digital Supply Chain team, we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) starting in October 2026 for a duration of 6 months.
As part of the TWIN Program, you will experience the digital transformation of HUGO BOSS up close. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will contribute to two key strategic initiatives: Supply Chain Visibility & Collaboration (SCVC) and the Supply Planning Project, helping us enhance supply chain transparency, collaboration, and planning capabilities across our global network.
Within our team, we act as a strategic interface between Business and IT, driving the design and implementation of innovative digital solutions that support end-to-end supply chain processes. You will gain insights into complex transformation programs while actively contributing to project delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvement.
What you can expect:
- Support the rollout and continuous enhancement of SCVC and Supply Planning solutions, helping to optimize planning processes, supply chain visibility, and operational performance.
- Work closely with Project Managers and gain hands-on experience across all phases of project delivery, including coordination, planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Contribute to data-driven decision-making by preparing performance reports, analysing KPIs, and tracking project progress and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with international teams across Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Global IT, supporting cross-functional alignment and effective communication.
- Support the preparation and follow-up of workshops, project meetings, and Steering Committees, including the creation of presentations, documentation, and management materials.
- Participate in digital transformation initiatives and gain exposure to innovative technologies, processes, and ways of working that shape the future of supply chain management.
- You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- You have a strong interest in digital transformation, supply chain processes, and project management.
- You combine strong analytical and organisational skills with a structured, proactive, and detail-oriented way of working.
- You enjoy working with data and are able to translate insights into meaningful recommendations and actions.
- You are comfortable working independently while thriving in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
- You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and enjoy working with diverse teams and international colleagues.
- You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You are a team player with empathy, curiosity, and a hands-on mentality

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
