We are looking for an intern for a 6 months internship starting in June 2026.
As an Intern in Store Space Strategy within the Global Store Design team, you will support the transformation of store layout, fixture, space and capacity data into reliable business information and clear decision-making materials. The role combines data maintenance, analysis, documentation and presentation preparation in an international retail environment.
What you can expect:
- Maintain and update POS master data (e.g. SQM, fixture data, effective dates) in line with store openings, refurbishments and layout changes
- Support preparation and validation of store capacity data, including DCC / capacity comparison files and data quality checks
- Prepare and polish presentations, dashboards and documentation for internal stakeholders
- Support analysis and reporting activities using Excel and related tools to generate structured insights
- Assist with ad-hoc analyses, coordination tasks and process improvement initiatives
- Explore and apply digital tools and AI-supported methods to improve efficiency and data quality
- Enrolled student completing a mandatory internship as part of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Background in Business, Economics, Retail, Supply Chain, Data / Business Analytics or a comparable field
- Good working knowledge of Excel; experience with Power Query, Power BI, Python or VBA is a plus
- Structured way of working and confidence in handling data and file
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to polish and refine PowerPoint materials to a professional, brand‑aligned standard.
- Curiosity and interest in digital tools, automation and AI-supported working methods
- Very good English skills and strong communication abilities
