Description provided by HUGO BOSS
At HUGO BOSS, you have the opportunity to contribute your personality, ideas and creativity — because only when we break new ground together can we create something unique. Become part of our team of more than 19.000 employees worldwide and shape your future at HUGO BOSS!
We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) starting on October 1, 2026, for a period of 6 months. By being integrated into an international project and service team focusing on service management, technology, and process integration as well as automation & AI, you will gain insight into strategic aspects of our global IT organization and into the areas of IT service management, IT architecture, and process automation at HUGO BOSS.
The internship offers a responsible and varied role in a highly motivated and dynamic team. In addition, we place a strong focus on automation and the use of AI in IT service management: You will support us in analyzing existing processes and making them more efficient and smarter using modern tools such as UI Path, Power Automate and Microsoft Copilot.
What you can expect:
- You support in handling and resolving incidents and service requests in ServiceNow for various retail and omnichannel applications, gaining hands-on insight into our global IT service management.
- You work closely with the responsible IT and business departments to analyze, classify, and clearly document incidents and requests.
- You help identify recurring requests and issues and further develop them towards standardization, automation, or self-service.
- You identify automation potentials in our IT service management processes (e.g. ticketing, escalations, on-call planning, standard requests).
- You develop and implement automation solutions using tools such as UI Path and Microsoft Power Automate to reduce manual steps and improve service quality.
- You work with Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools to support and optimize internal team tasks and processes (e.g. documentation, evaluations, communication, and response templates).
- You analyze our internal workflows and proactively suggest where we can become more efficient using automation and Copilot – and implement these suggestions into concrete solutions together with the team.
- You create prototypes (proof of concepts) for new AI and automation use cases in the area of service management and document your solutions in a structured way.
- We offer you the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to project success by supporting real problem-solving.
- You are enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Digital Business, Business Administration with a focus on IT, or a comparable field of study.
- You are interested in IT service management and ideally retail-related IT processes and have already gained initial experience in this area (e.g. through seminars, modules, or practical experience).
- Initial exposure to IT service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or comparable systems) and SAP is an advantage.
- You have initial practical experience in process automation, ideally with UI Path and/or Microsoft Power Automate, or you are highly motivated to learn these tools.
- You are interested in and ideally have initial experience with AI tools, especially Microsoft Copilot (e.g. in Office 365, Teams, or the Power Platform), and are keen to use them specifically to improve processes.
- You enjoy analyzing processes, identifying optimization potential, and translating this into concrete technical solutions.
- Terms such as workflows, use cases, process modelling or interfaces are familiar to you – or you are willing to familiarize yourself quickly and independently with them.
- You enjoy working in a team, are communicative and distinguished by your initiative.
- You are responsible, well organized and work in a goal-oriented manner.
- You are experienced in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You have very good English skills, both written and spoken.
- We offer a competitive salary and attractive benefits, including vacation and Christmas bonuses, a mobility allowance / Deutschlandticket, an annual clothing allowance, a company pension scheme, and our SHIP share program.
- Made for Me: Enjoy the freedom of our flexible working models. With 'Threedom of Work', spend 3 days in Metzingen and 2 days working remotely. Benefit from our 'Me Time' program for personal time off and the option of 30 days of 'Mobile Work EU' annually.
- High-performing people need a healthy balance. Take advantage of the employee gym, a variety of sports activities, a 37-hour workweek, and 30 vacation days a year.
- Exclusive discounts for shopping and arts: benefit from discounts for family and friends along with free entrance to more than 15 international art museums.
- Does innovation drive you? Same for us! This passion is reflected in our modern workplaces and innovative tools.
- Sustainability is one of our key values, and more than just a trend. We are committed to environmental, animal and climate protection, and human rights. As part of our commitment, we offer an environmentally friendly bus shuttle.
- We also place great importance to good taste when it comes to food. Welcome to our award-winning restaurant & café Times.
