We are seeking a passionate and analytical working student to join our dynamic team at Hapag-Lloyd AG. As a key member of our product owner and program management team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our digital Revenue Management solution.
What You`ll Do
- Support the product owner in developing and executing the product timeline for our digital Revenue Management solution
- Assist in creating and updating training plans and materials to ensure a smooth product adoption process
- Provide administrative support to the product owner and team, including meeting minutes and documentation and take ownership of assigned tasks and work independently, reaching out to team members for guidance when needed
- Contribute to the success of our transformation project through various ad-hoc activities and initiatives
- Collaborate with the product owner to identify and address any challenges or bottlenecks in the product development process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Revenue Management to enhance our solution's effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all project-related activities
- Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders, both internally and externally and actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve our product and overall project outcomes
What Makes You A Fit
- Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably with a focus on logistics, business administration, technology, or engineering
- Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in linking data to operational processes for effective decision-making, as well as open-minded, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently, taking initiative to drive projects forward
- Proficiency in PowerPoint is an added advantage but not mandatory
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours during semester breaks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, as well as a collaborative mindset and a willingness to work in a team environment, fostering open communication and knowledge sharing
- A passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions in the logistics industry
