Join us now as a Working Student in Product Marketing in Frankfurt within the Distribution function. In this role, you will support the Product Collateral team in the centralised production and maintenance of product marketing materials across public and private markets.

About The Job

The Product Collateral team partners with Investments, Product Specialists, Distribution and Compliance to create client-ready presentations and collateral. You will help create and maintain product marketing documents, manage translation and approval processes, and publish materials to the relevant marketing systems for client use. This role offers the opportunity to gain practical experience at the intersection of marketing, finance and asset management.

What You Do

  • Update key marketing fund and strategy presentations on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Communicate with internal teams to source and update relevant data and content
  • Source data from internal platforms and update presentations in Seismic
  • Manage approval processes in alignment with company policy
  • Proofread fund presentations and other marketing collateral
  • Coordinate with third parties and external agencies where required
  • Support the redesign of presentation slides and clearly communicate status updates to team members and counterparts
  • Manage daily tasks within agreed timelines and assist with project-related activities as required.

What You Bring

  • Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent German and a strong level of English
  • Clear communication skills, including the ability to raise challenges and issues as they arise
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team
  • Keen attention to detail and a structured approach to daily tasks
  • Interest in marketing, finance and the asset management industry
  • Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
