Job Purpose/Role

We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) to work with our Private Equity Investments Team in Munich throughout the whole investment process with a particular focus on investment analysis and the application of AI tools, in order to support our digital transformation and AI enablement efforts, starting from September 2026 onwards.

What You Do

• Contribute to the identification and implementation of AI and digitalization use cases within Private Equity investment processes
• Help translate recurring Private Equity analytical tasks into AI-supported solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and technology teams
• Support our investment managers with AI-driven quantitative and investment analyses, as well as during the due diligence of private equity funds and co-investments
• Contribute to efficiency improvements through automation, standardization and optimization initiatives
• Contribute AI-supported insights to investment materials and presentations
• Assist in establishing KPIs and monitoring the performance of implemented initiatives
  
  

What You Bring

• Advanced studies in data science, economics, business administration, or a related field with excellent results and a specialization in AI, finance or investment
• First practical experience in AI-related roles, preferably with exposure to Private Equity, corporate finance, M&A or transaction services
• Clear affinity for technology and AI application, combined with a strong interest in Private Equity and investments processes and fundamental finance knowledge
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
• Experience in applying generative AI tools like Copilot to improve operational efficiency
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
• You should have strong work ethics with the ability to operate as a true team player in an international environment
