What You Will Do
- As an Intern within the Productivity Team, you will support the development of productivity and business intelligence solutions using modern data and analytics technologies.
- You will assist in the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI and Databricks.
- Supporting AI and automation initiatives, including the evaluation and implementation of generative AI use cases.
- Analysing large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on innovative projects involving data engineering, analytics, and process optimization.
- You will contribute to proof of concepts and experimentation with emerging technologies, prepare presentations, insights, and recommendations for management and business partners.
- Supporting the team in its day-to-day activities and strategic productivity programs.
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- You have a strong interest in Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, DevOps, and emerging technologies.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Python, SQL, Databricks, or similar technologies is highly desirable.
- You possess an analytical mindset with the ability to work with complex datasets and translate findings into meaningful business insights.
- You are a highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude, as well as a creative thinker who enjoys challenging the status quo and bringing innovative, out-of-the-box ideas.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment are essential.
- In addition, you have excellent communication and presentation skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Fluency in English is required, while German is considered an advantage.
