We are one of Europe's fastest-growing B2B software companies, helping global enterprises navigate increasingly complex regulatory requirements through innovative technology solutions. Working closely with our Business Development and GTM leadership teams, you will develop a deep understanding of how modern B2B software companies build scalable growth engines and bring innovative solutions to market.

Your Responsibilities

  • Market Intelligence & Account Research: Conduct in-depth market and industry research to identify target companies that are impacted by specific regulations and align with our ideal customer profile.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy Support: Translate regulatory and product insights into actionable account targeting strategies that support our business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Account & Stakeholder Mapping: Identify relevant decision-makers and buying centers within target organizations, building high-quality account and contact lists for outreach campaigns.
  • Data Quality & Analysis: Maintain accurate and structured datasets while leveraging research tools and business intelligence platforms to generate actionable insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and GTM leadership teams to support strategic projects and priority growth initiatives.
  • AI-Powered Research & Productivity: Utilize modern AI and research tools to improve research quality, accelerate workflows, and continuously optimize go-to-market processes.

Your Experience

  • Academic Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally combining business and technology disciplines such as Business Informatics, Management & Technology, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong research capabilities with the ability to quickly understand industries, business models, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Tools & Data: Comfortable working with Claude, AI research tools, LinkedIn, Excel and able to quickly learn and use new software.
  • Curiosity & Ownership: Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated to independently solve problems and uncover insights.
  • Language & Location: Fluent in English (German is a plus) and based in Munich with the ability to work regularly from our office.
