Internship: Management Associate - Content Manager & Regulatory Radar (m/f/x)

Description

This is the 5-6 months internship alternative for someone who would otherwise land at MBB or a top investment bank — but would rather own things end-to-end from day one than polish slides for the fifth management layer. osapiens is one of Germany’s fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies (~2,500 customers, 14 HUB modules covering Supply Chain Traceability & Transparency, Supplier Collaboration, Regulatory & Product Compliance, and more). In about six months, you will become a credible expert in several supply chain and sustainability topics — and deliver that expertise to hundreds of customers.

Your Responsibilities

• You deep-dive into complex regulatory and supply chain topics, understand them genuinely (not superficially), and distil them into content that helps hundreds of customers implement — exactly the work you’d do at a top consultancy, but with far greater leverage.
• You own our customer newsletter end-to-end: topic setting, research, writing, dispatch, and impact measurement — no editor sits between you and publication.
• You build the enablement material customers are currently missing: briefing notes on new regulations, tool walkthroughs, cheat sheets, short video explainers per HUB module.
• You work directly with our Customer Operations team, Product Experts, and parts of the management team — no abstraction through manager layers.
• You scout and integrate AI tools that further increase your own leverage (content production, research, automation).
  
  

Your Experience

• Top student — University and field of study are secondary; performance decides.
• Fast ramp-up: you read yourself into a new topic area cleanly within 48 hours and can explain it afterwards.
• Excellent work as the standard, not the exception — “shoddy work” has no place here; every asset bears your name, even if it’s not on it.
• AI-native: you use LLMs and modern content tools not “occasionally” but as an obvious lever.
• Excellent writing in both German and English: pointed, precise, not flowery.
