Job description

Actively shape the HR world of cabin crews: Assist in advising and supporting cabin crew and specialist departments, gain insights into operational HR management, work closely with Munich and take over your own HR processes in the dynamic day-to-day business of aviation.

Tasks

For our Group company Deutsche Lufthansa AG we are looking for you as an intern in the HR Management Cabin Crews department.

Internship start at the next possible date or by arrangement for 6 months as a mandatory internship.

  • Supporting and advising onboard employees stationed in Frankfurt on individual and HR-specific topics
  • Supporting and advising the specialist departments on specialist, collective bargaining and HR policy issues
  • Insight into all HR-relevant processes of operational HR management as well as cooperation with all relevant interfaces and co-determination bodies
  • Supporting the head of department with HR-specific specialist and special topics
  • Regular exchange with the HR Management Cabin Crews Munich department
  • Insights into the operational activities of cabin crew members
  • Support in the day-to-day operations of the team
  • Support with and takeover of small, self-contained HR processes

Requirements

  • You are studying business administration, economics or social sciences, management, business law or a comparable course of study and are at least in your third semester
  • You are enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (please enclose a current certificate of enrollment and proof of compulsory internship)
  • You have a very good command of German and English
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • You have a high degree of initiative, independence, flexibility and commitment
  • You have strong communication and teamwork skills
  • You work carefully, in a structured and systematic manner
  • You are organized, goal-oriented and approach tasks in a structured way
  • You have high quality standards for your own work results
