Role Overview

The Working Student, Website contributes to the core implementation of the company’s digital marketing strategy. The role supports the Team Lead Website & Content in building the future of the e-commerce platform and involves direct ownership of projects related to user research, user experience, and conversion rate optimization across global webpages. The position is designed for a student to develop skills within a professional digital environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and user research in collaboration with the marketing team to provide data-driven analysis for website experience improvements.
  • Work with internal and external teams to create and optimize user journeys with a measurable impact on Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Utilize the Content Management System (CMS) to create new and update current pages based on team briefs and research; is responsible for launching site campaigns and supporting digital projects for multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with different marketing teams to implement digital marketing initiatives with a focus on SEO/GEO, community, and product marketing.

Job Requirements

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Required Experience

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Marketing, or a related field and provide valid proof of enrollment.
  • Previous experience building digital products, using no-code tools, or using agentic workflows is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in SaaS, digital-first, or e-commerce environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Clarity) is beneficial.

  • Analytical Mindset: Demonstrates the ability to analyze data beyond a surface level, refine outputs, and draw independent, data-driven conclusions.
  • Proactivity & Initiative: Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to identify problems and take the initiative to create and implement solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent command of English is mandatory for articulating complex ideas and producing high-quality written briefings.

Please note: This is a working student position, limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week during the semester. Applicants must be currently enrolled at a university and provide valid proof of enrollment (“Immatrikulationsbescheinigung” in Germany). Compensation is hourly €18.
