Your Mission
- Dive into Kia’s advanced and production car projects, unveiling the world of design, visualization, and brand aesthetics.
- Elevate your skills by assisting our experienced core team in crafting immersive digital experiences through cutting-edge VR and AR technologies.
- Combine technical expertise with creative vision to develop stunning high-quality visualizations that communicate design intent with clarity and impact.
- Translate creative concepts into engaging real-time 3D experiences for design reviews, global collaboration sessions, and internal and external presentations.
- Embrace the opportunity to collaborate on projects alongside our dynamic design and digital modelling team, driving innovation in workflows and visualization technologies.
- You are currently enrolled in a university program for Computer Graphics, Transportation Design, Visualization, or a related field. You will remain enrolled for the full internship period.
- You have excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- You’re proficient with industry-standard software such as VRED, Blender, Unreal Engine, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Alias, or Adobe Photoshop.
- You are passionate about visualization, automotive design, and emerging technologies such as VR, AR, and AI workflows.
- You enjoy working with international teams and value cultural diversity.
- You constantly deliver WOW through design concepts.
- For your internship at Kia Europe Design you need to be enrolled during the entire internship period. Furthermore, you need a valid visa and work permit in Germany.

Weekly hours
Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.
