What you'll do:

  • You will join one of our Country Teams to bring to life our marketing strategy - design, write and optimize copy, and deliver high quality project in a timely manner

  • You will identify and structure, together with your team, creative challenges and briefs that bring the best out of the Emma brand

  • You will develop project plans with an agile approach

  • You will communicate and manage statuses of project tasks with different teams

  • You will be able to work with different marketing channels to analyse the performance of your creative projects

  • You can adapt to a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive projects

  • You are structured and organized

  • You have great stakeholder management skills and can deal with multiple projects simultaneously

Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.

Mandatory internships are largely exempt from social contributions. Voluntary internships are treated like regular employment once they run long enough, so contributions usually apply.
