Intern Performance Marketing @MYTHERESA

To support our Performance Marketing Team we are searching for an Intern Performance Marketing @MYTHERESA (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Campaign Support: Assist in the daily setup, monitoring and optimization of Paid Social and Display campaigns to meet performance goals
• Data & Reporting: Help analyze performance data, build reports, and find actionable insights using Google Sheets and data tools
• Creative Testing: Collaborate with the brand and content teams to brief ad creatives
• Feed Management: Support the team with product feed management tools
• Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates (Meta, TikTok, etc.) and what’s new in digital marketing to bring fresh ideas to the table

WHO YOU ARE

• Passion for Luxury Fashion: You genuinely love high-end fashion and understand the luxury retail landscape
• Analytical Mindset: You enjoy working with numbers and have a solid foundation in Exce/Sheets (or a strong desire to learn advanced data tools like Power BI)
• Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to help manage multiple cross-region tasks simultaneously
• Eager to Learn: A proactive "can-do" attitude, ready to take ownership of small projects while collaborating closely with the team
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Current Student or Recent Graduate: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related field
• Bonus Points: Prior experience or internships in digital marketing or e-commerce, with familiarity in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, attribution models and basic campaign setup
