Your future team

Holidu offers a software and service solution that helps vacation-rental hosts manage their properties more efficiently and list them across multiple channels. You'll be part of our Bavaria team, working from our Munich headquarters, and report directly to your team lead, who brings deep experience in sales, account management and the online-and tourism industry. The team likes to wind down together after work over a glass of wine or by trying out the local food scene.

This is a paid internship. Please note that part of the recruiting process may be conducted in English.

Your role in this journey

  • Support our Sales Managers in winning new hosts for our platform, guiding them from qualification to close and making sure Holidu is the right fit for their needs until publication.
  • Support our Account Managers with optimizations around their listing and with any questions that come up after a booking.
  • Focus on dedicated campaigns to boost the performance of our hosts.
  • Grow into a go-to contact for our hosts beyond our core regions.

Your backpack is filled with

  • You are studying or about to graduate in tourism, business, political science, humanities, social sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A self-driven way of working and good time management & ownership.
  • A positive attitude towards new challenges and an empathetic personality that builds good interpersonal relationships.
  • Near-native German and fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.

Weekly hours

Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.

Mandatory internships are largely exempt from social contributions. Voluntary internships are treated like regular employment once they run long enough, so contributions usually apply.
