This is a 6-month temporary position, perfect if you're looking to kick-start your career, learn, and grow in the fields of Sales and Account Management.


Your role in this journey

  • Support Account Managers with onboarding and background operations, helping ensure all host information and accounts are accurate and well-organized.
  • Address customer queries and needs, delivering timely solutions and ensuring a smooth, satisfying experience.
  • Extract, analyze, and transform data into meaningful insights and actionable input.
  • Contribute to special campaigns launched by Holidu to boost customer performance and satisfaction.
  • Occasionally assist Sales Representatives with backend tasks.

Your backpack is filled with

  • A recently completed degree in Tourism, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a naturally curious mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • An interest in working with data; you enjoy diving into the numbers and understanding the stories behind them.
  • A positive mindset towards new challenges and an empathetic personality that fosters strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Near-native German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • No previous experience required, newly graduated students are welcome to apply!

Weekly hours

Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.

Social contributions

Mandatory internships are largely exempt from social contributions. Voluntary internships are treated like regular employment once they run long enough, so contributions usually apply.
