About This Role

Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for a Working Student – Global Growth Acquisition Marketing who will support us in the launch of our campaigns and programs, aimed at engaging former members, driving revenue and bringing them back as Audible You will be responsible for executing customer-focused and data-driven initiatives, managing multiple milestones with shifting requirements in a fluid, fast-moving environment. This includes building and optimizing user flows and experiences for campaigns across Outbound, web and app platforms, as well as monitoring and reporting on campaign and test performance.

About You

You have a general understanding of e-commerce, online marketing and user experience (UX) and have a strong affinity for data and experimentation.

As a Working Student Global Growth Acquisition Marketing, you will...

  • Own, manage, and execute data-driven end-to-end marketing campaigns and promotions in select marketplaces supporting growth marketing initiatives that drive conversion
  • Partner and collaborate cross-functionally across internal teams and marketing channel owners to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Test and learn across new and existing platforms, with eye towards scaling testing and optimization capabilities
  • Track performance metrics, monitor campaign success, and provide comprehensive reports and updates to management
  • Leverage AI tools to automate campaign execution and enhance marketing decisions

Basic Qualifications

  • Full time enrollment in a German state-accredited (staatlich anerkanntem) Bachelor or Master program, in the Berlin/Brandenburg area, and have at least 18 months of studies left - expected graduation in 2028
  • Business fluency of written and spoken English (C1 or higher)
  • Good knowledge of common PC programs and the Office package (especially Excel and Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience/exposure in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Project management skills, to deliver cross-functional campaigns and initiatives end-to-end
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics, interpret results, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts like user segmentation, customer journeys, A/B testing and optimization of user experiences
  • Organization skills to manage a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
