Department: Global Ads - Operations

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ad Operations Intern to join our Wolt Ads team in Germany. In this role, you will support the Ad Operations team in managing ad and promo campaigns, ensuring they are executed efficiently and delivering actionable performance insights. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ad operations, data analysis, and campaign management within a dynamic and fast-growing advertising business.

What you’ll be doing

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

• Help set up and manage advertising campaigns on the Wolt platform
• Support the team in making sure campaigns run smoothly and on time
• Monitor campaign performance and learn how to spot trends and insights
• Work with data to understand what’s working (and what’s not)
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to support our partners
• Help improve how we work by spotting inefficiencies and suggesting better ways of doing things
  
  

Our humble expectations

• Are currently studying (e.g. Business, Marketing, Economics, Data, or similar) and need to complete an internship as part of your degree
• Are curious about digital advertising, tech, or how businesses grow
• Enjoy working with data and are not afraid of numbers
• Pay attention to details — you like things to be correct and well-structured
• Are curious about AI and new technologies, and interested in how they can be used to improve workflows, analysis, and everyday work
• Take initiative and are happy to ask questions and try things out
• Can handle multiple tasks and a bit of a fast pace
• English - proficient working knowledge - German is a plus
