About This Role
Based in Berlin, Audible is looking for an enthusiastic Working Student - Accounting (m/f/d). In this role, you will be a member of the finance team responsible for various departments. You will gain hands-on experience with process improvement and enhancing of procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy of our financial information.
About You
We are searching for a student with a high level of motivation and good quantitative and analytical skills. You have an open mind and a willingness to learn.
As a Working Student - Accounting, you will...
- Support our accounting team with monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Assist in drawing up financial reports
- Support the delivery of transactional accounts payable services
- Prepare account reconciliations
- Issue tax certificates
- Be the contact person for employees regarding incoming invoices and accounting processes
- Be responsible for general administration support (e.g. filing and documentation)

OUR OFFER
- Student position for 20h per week
- Compensation of €15.69 per hour
- 12 months contract

- Full time enrollment in a German state-accredited (staatlich anerkanntem) Bachelor or Master program in finance, accounting, business or related fields - in the Berlin/Brandenburg area
- To have at least 1 year of active student enrollment left - expected graduation after August 2027
- Good knowledge of common PC programs and the Office package (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Business fluency in written and spoken English
- You have previous experience in accounting through internships or a working student position
- You are interested in learning and diving deep into all accounting and accounts payable topics
- You are self-driven, independent working style and quick comprehension
- You are fluent in one of the following languages: German, French, Italian or Spanish
