Job description

Description

At Audible, we believe stories have the power to transform lives. It’s why we work with some of the world’s leading creators to produce and share audio storytelling with our millions of global listeners. We are dreamers and inventors who come from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences to empower and inspire each other. Imagine your future with us.

About This Role

Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for an enthusiastic Working Student – Creative Operations. You'll work with our international Audible Brand and Content marketing team, getting hands-on experience with creative campaign management, asset coordination, and podcast/audiobook production workflows across multiple European markets including Germany, France, Italy and Spain.

Your day-to-day will center on supporting our creative operations pipeline from briefing to delivery. You'll work closely with our Creative Operations Manager to facilitate the development of marketing campaigns, coordinate cover artwork for new Audible Original titles with agencies and illustrators, and track projects through our Project Management software. As a pair, you’ll be the vital link between marketers, creative resources, and our Creative Director—ensuring briefings are clear, timelines are met, and deliverables maintain our high-quality standards.

As a Working Student - Creative Operations, you will...

  • Support the Creative Operations Manager in facilitating marketing campaigns across DE, FR, IT and ES —managing documentation, timelines, resource allocation, and deliveries
  • Coordinate Audible Original cover and trailer development from briefing to ingestion, working with agencies and illustrators – while also actively providing creative input
  • Monitor our PM software (Airtable) for new project requests, clarify stakeholder requirements, assign to creative resources, and track progress
  • Prepare campaign wrap-ups and creative toolkits for internal sharing
  • Support quarterly sizzle reels and global presentations with asset requests, quality checks, prioritization, and transcript coordination
