Working Student Finance

Your Responsibilities

As a Working Student in our Finance & Accounting team, you will support daily administrative and accounting activities, including:

• Reviewing and processing expense reports for Isra Vision GmbH
• Performing manual data entry in Microsoft Dynamics Axapta
• Copying, scanning, and organizing documents
• Printing and preparing accounting-related documentation
• Filing documents and maintaining accurate records
• Preparing and uploading payment files received from Concur into Axapta
• Managing and monitoring the travel expense mailbox
• Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
  
  

To succeed, you will need

• Good organizational and time management skills
• Good communication skills and service attitude
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
