Working Student Finance and Accounting (all genders)

For our Berlin Office we are looking for a Working Student who will support the Finance and Accounting team with all operations. You will report to our Finance and Accounting Manager.

Your Mission

• Be part of our motivated Finance Team and support us in our day-to-day operations, with a focus on the Accounts Payables (e.g. collecting & reviewing expenses and invoices as well as booking them into our accounting system)
• Get insights on internal workflows and update/set up the process-documentation as well as support the ongoing improvement and development of our systems and internal processes
• Support Month End closing & Reporting for our legal entities and the Management Board
• Point of contact for invoice related questions from vendors
• Drive improvement of systems and processes
  
  

Your Skills

• Eye for detail
• Well structured and organized way of working
• Basic knowledge of Excel/GSuite
• Entrepreneurial Mindset and willingness to question and improve processes
• Enrolled at a German university or university of applied sciences for at least 1 year
• Currently based in Berlin
• Fluency in English (German is a plus)
