How much data-driven is HR? And how does data support the HR business?

We are looking for reinforcement for our team: Someone who supports our HR master data system Employee Central (SuccessFactors) globally. Someone who can help us on our way to becoming a data-driven HR function. Someone who enjoys learning new things and helping an organization break new ground. And someone who can laugh at oneself from time to time.

• HR master data management: Support of global HR reporting needs and business needs with the goal of excellent data quality.
• Dashboard development & maintenance: Support the business with our Power BI Dashboards
• Documentation: Maintain and improve our documentation for our Power BI Dashboards.
• Reporting: Support with Global Reporting and Ad-Hoc reporting requests.
  
  
  

What you will need

• Your passion: People and Data and how they go hand in hand together
• Your mindset: Analytical with problem-solving skills and attention to structure and detail
• Your people skills: Self-confident and able to express information appropriate for target audiences in English and ideally also German, intercultural competence and very good team player
• Your studies: ideally at an advanced stage in Business or Data Science
• Your extended profile: Very good handling of common MS Office applications, especially Excel (for example Pivot and VLOOKUP); Power BI, SuccessFactors and HR experience are of advantage
