Working Student (f/m/x) Supply Chain Analysis


Your Role

As a Working Student (f/m/x) Supply Chain Analysis you will support the team in a variety of analytical and administrative tasks. By transforming data into valuable insights and assisting with reporting processes, you will contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement across the supply chain. Your key responsibilities include:


  • Analyzing supply chain performance, including inventory, service levels and OTIF
  • Creating and maintaining KPI dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI and Excel
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by providing data-driven insights
  • Developing and optimizing Power BI reports, dashboards and data models
  • Maintaining reporting-related master data and documentation
  • Coordinating the execution of Supply Chain initiatives and related communication activities




Your profile

You are passionate about data analysis and enjoy turning complex information into meaningful insights. With a structured and analytical mindset, you are eager to contribute to supply chain optimization in an international environment. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:


  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and first experience with Microsoft Power BI
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Power Query, DAX or Python is a plus
  • First experience with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with SAP master data and reporting structures are considered an advantage
  • Interest in end-to-end supply chain processes and data-driven decision making
  • Structured, reliable and detail-oriented working style with strong communication skills
  • Fluent English skills; additional languages are an advantage
