- Support transshipment planning for mainliner and feeder services
- Generate forecasts and routine reports for operational insights
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and manage communications with external vendors and partners
- Assist with cost recovery actions and documentation processes.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and provide analytical support
- Liaise with various departments to gather and analyze data
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation
- Provide administrative support as required and engage in continuous learning and professional development
- Enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., logistics, supply chain, business administration)
- Strong interest in cargo operations and transshipment processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, as well as attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Basic understanding of logistics and shipping industry preferred
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
