- Ensure data consistency, automation, and reliability across all performance tracking
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Translate data into actionable insights to improve service levels and operational efficiency
- Track, analyze, and communicate Route-to-Market KPIs (e.g. OTIF, DPD, cost-to-serve)
- Collaborate and coordinate with the relevant Stakeholders the KPI performance and define & track action plans
- Provide analytical support for Route-to-Market optimization (flows, networks, delivery models)
- Contribute to business cases and scenario analyses to optimize cost-to-serve
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar
- First experience in Supply Chain, Performance Management, or Analytics (FMCG is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- High level of business curiosity and ownership
- Structured, well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (modeling, data handling)
- Good knowledge of Power BI
- Interest in developing data & analytics capabilities further
- Fluent English skills; German is am advantage
- Start is 01.07.2026 in Frankfurt am Main or Munich – with the option to work flexibly from a home office.
