Engagements
- Drive customer engagements from planning to the session and the follow-up.
- Coordinate and align with stakeholders internally and externally.
- Ensure a professional and standardized appearance towards customers and internal colleagues.
- Manage operational activities and support in back-office.
- Take care of maintaining contact data and qualitative relationship management.
- Drive our LinkedIn presence, identify and generate content and orchestrate our LinkedIn Group to encourage meaningful interactions.
- Identify use cases to leverage AI and automation across workflows and processes to increase efficiency throughout all activities.
- Support in creating a thorough methodology for Business Transformation Management.
- Identify transformational topics and create engaging storylines.
- Map stakeholders to content, practices and formats.
- Bring learnings and practices out of the network back into SAP.
- Organize our internal and external representation events.
- Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, from initial concept, target audience to post-event review and analysis.
- Manage and orchestrate webinar delivery, including coordination, platform management, and post-event follow-up.
- Create and design standard communications such as templates and newsletters.
- Measure, monitor, and interpret key KPIs related to customer engagements and content assets regarding impact and satisfaction.
- Generate regular reports and ad hoc analyses to report on impact.
- Enhance automation and data quality of tracking systems via dashboard implementation or PowerBI expertise.
- Identify use cases to leverage AI and automation across workflows and processes to increase efficiency throughout all activities.
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Economics, business management, marketing/communications, data science, computer science, mathematics or similar.
Hard Skills
- Excellent knowledge and application of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong project management skills
- Strong business understanding and aptitude, knowledge of transformational topics preferred
- Experience/knowledge in the area where you want to support as plus
- Language skills: fluent German and English, both spoken and written
- Structured and goal-oriented approach

Objectives
The Business Transformation Network is part of Value Management in SAP’s Business Transformation Management Area.
In today’s dynamic and rapidly changing business landscape, organizations must cultivate a transformation capability to continuously navigate their organization’s future state of readiness while ensuring that strategic initiatives translate into measurable business outcomes and sustainable value realization.
Through connecting companies across industries and regions, the network fosters an open exchange on transformation business challenges, innovative approaches and lessons learned. The overarching aim is to jointly build the transformation capability, accelerate transformation journeys and maximize sustainable business value together.
Key stakeholders on the customer side include C-level executives, upper business management and selected business experts.
What We Are Doing
- Driving 1:1 Exchanges with Companies & Partners
- Sharing key transformation and business practices from strategy to value.
- Organizing Deep Dives into various transformation topics to build and manage the Transformation Capability and realizing business value
- Engaging in regular touchpoints with network members to check-in on updates and progress.
- Networking via different formats, such as roundtables, masterclasses, working sessions and events. Some of them are organized by us and others we attend as speakers.
- Managing a Knowledge Hub as the basis for knowledge sharing:
- Identifying and generating transformation stories, content, and presentation materials
- Identifying speakers and connecting experts through the network.
- Benchmarking and consolidating practices.
- Building a strong case for Business Transformation Management story by leveraging Signavio, LeanIX and WalkMe.
- Driving cross activities such as customer office, success measurement and branding:
- Agenda-building, briefing, organizing, executing, moderating and follow-up of session.
- Maintaining a qualitative contact management of customer & sales team data.
- Building standardized communication assets (e.g. Survey, Newsletter).
- Help companies to succeed on their E2E transformation journey and build a transformation capability with real business impact.
- Strengthen relationships by building strategic partnerships.
- Predict customer needs, build up pipeline of customers demand, fuel into product development and create options to buy more from SAP.
- Learn from other companies and leverage the feedback internally.
- We share SAP's transformation experience to help the customer understand that transformation is not a project; it is a capability.
