What Will I Be Doing

From the first day on you will be supporting our team in the Business Analysis department in the development of innovative software solutions.

The Fioneer Credit Workplace is an innovative solution for mapping the entire life cycle of commercial property loans (Commercial Real Estate). As part of your job, you will support the team in the further development of the Fioneer Credit Workplace and its product launch process - you will take on tasks from the following spectrum:

Business analysis and specification: Analysis of business processes and developing detailed requirements in close cooperation with our customers and development teams.

Testing: Carrying out functional and integration tests and creating test cases.

Documentation: Creation of user manuals and technical documentation.

Product development: Support in the preparation of software products for the market.

ISO certification: Contributing to the implementation of and compliance with quality standards.

Requirements


You are currently a student in:

  • Computer Science, Business informatics, Mathematics, (Technical) Business Administration or a comparable STEM degree program with above-average performance


Topic Expertise:

  • Interest in the interplay of economic and technical issues
  • Very good analytical skills and a strong understanding of technical interrelationships
  • Excellent powers of abstraction, team spirit and drive to succeed
  • Ideally, you have already gained some experience in agile and project-based work or software development
  • Good written and spoken English skills.


You are a person who:

  • Is hands-on, results-oriented, and a pragmatic thinker
  • Is team-oriented and with creative curiosity to improve processes in the respective area of work
  • Has an entrepreneurial mindset
