Your mission
Your Mission
As a Working Student in Product Management, you will support our Direct (B2C) and Fleet (B2B) Product Managers in delivering an outstanding charging experience and smooth partner enablement.
This role bridges the gap between product operations and customer-facing processes, offering you hands-on experience and the opportunity to own smaller projects independently from end to end.
Direct (B2C) – Product Management
Consolidating a regular competitor analysis on a monthly basis, covering product features, and promotional offers across key European markets - including structured product recommendations for the B2C channel
Supporting the product team in evaluating new product concepts, feature ideas, and user experience enhancements based on market and user data
Supporting the tracking and analysis of B2C customer loyalty rewards, monitoring redemption patterns and performance across different countries
Supporting the preparation of go-to-market materials and internal product briefings for new B2C features or offers
Assisting in user research preparation (e.g. survey drafting, data aggregation, synthesis of findings) to inform B2C product decisions
Owning smaller projects independently end-to-end, including running promotional campaigns, improving a workflow, or setting up a KPI view and proposing next steps
Fleet (B2B) – Product & Customer Enablement
Supporting end-to-end processing of new Fleet customer submissions: CRM updates, offer preparation and sending, and coordination of contract creation and dispatch
Supporting customer onboarding and account setup in internal systems (e.g., user and business partner creation), including structured customer communication via email (status updates, follow-ups, missing information)
Creating and maintaining clear documentation and lightweight process flows, turning recurring questions into structured, reusable guidance for customers and internal teams
Supporting collaboration across Fleet Support, Sales/Account teams and Product
Owning smaller projects independently end-to-end (e.g., improving a workflow, setting up a KPI view, cleaning up a documentation space, running a mini-analysis and proposing next steps)
Currently studying towards a university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik), Industrial Engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen), or a related field of study
You have a high affinity for the EV industry and its evolution
You have good communication skills (internally & externally with B2B touchpoints)
