Role Description The Founders Associate Intern role is a full-time position based in Munich, with flexibility for some work from home. Starting in September 2026, for 3 to 6 months. In this role, you’ll work directly with the founders on topics related to marketing, strategy, operations, and commercialization. You will assist with the commercialization of our products and the preparation of decision-making materials. Coordinating cross-functional initiatives, including preparing presentations, analyses, and decision-making documents. Representing EARLY at selected events, conferences, and external meetings. Supporting relationship management with partners and investors, including preparing communications and briefing materials. Conducting market and competitive analyses to support strategic initiatives and decision-making. Supporting the founding team with day-to-day operational tasks and the implementation of priorities. This position offers close collaboration with the three founders and exposure to the strategic and operational aspects of building a modern consumer brand.

Qualifications

• Interest in nutrition, consumer brands, and early-stage companies, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to conduct structured research and analyze data to generate clear, actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise presentations and reports.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and reliability in execution.
• Comfort with digital tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not strictly required.
• Professional proficiency in English; German language skills are an advantage for the Munich-based hybrid environment.
