We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity as an Intern (m/f/d) – Real Estate & Facilities Specialist to join our Real Estate & Facilities team in EuroCentral.

The Real Estate & Facilities team EuroCentral is in charge of all office and building operations in the region EuroCentral, providing for almost 2,000 employees workplace solutions. In this context, one of our top priorities is to strive for continuous sustainability improvements within our office and building operations.

  • Location: Munich
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Starting date: 01.10.2026

Your Responsibilities

  • You will support the local Facilities team in their daily operations and play an active role in the standardization and optimization of
  • You will prepare business case studies and executive presentations for important real estate projects.
  • You will be directly involved in maintaining our ISO 50001:2018 (EnMS) certification for the sites in EuroCentral and other sustainability topics.
  • You will work independently in our real estate & facilities team to ensure smooth business operations of our office portfolio
  • You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders on real estate & sustainability topics.
  • You will communicate with and manage external service providers to ensure high results.

Your Qualifications

  • You are currently enrolled in Real Estate, Facilities, Economics or comparable field of study.
  • You have an independent and reliable work manner with eagerness to take up responsibility.
  • You possess strong communication and organizational skills to work within an international team on multiple projects.
  • You have strong English written and verbal communication skills; German proficiency is a plus.
  • Frist work experience within the field of Real Estate / Facilities is a plus
