🤖 Become Part of the AI Revolution in the Industrial World

Are you ready to become part of a team that is transforming the industrial sector using the latest AI technologies? At remberg, we are revolutionizing how machines, equipment, energy systems, vehicles, buildings and much more are managed with our intelligent asset platform. As part of our team, you will help industrial companies unleash the power of AI to tackle their key challenges: Labor shortages, increasing asset complexity and global competitive pressures.

Supported by the visionary founders of category-defining businesses such as Celonis, UiPath, Personio and Forto, as well as leading investors like Earlybird, Speedinvest, Oxx, Acton, and Fly Ventures, remberg is positioned to be a category leader in Industrial AI.

What This Role Offers

Most working student roles hand you tasks. This one hands you problems.

You'll sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution - analyzing how our GTM engine runs, spotting where it breaks, and building the fixes yourself. You'll work across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on problems that matter to the business right now. You'll have real context, real ownership, and a direct line to decisions.

As a Working Student RevOps at remberg, you will directly support the development and maintenance of the systems and tools powering our GTM motion. You'll work hands-on across our CRM, automation stack, and AI-based tooling - turning data and logic into solutions that keep our revenue engine running. This position is office-based (hybrid) in Munich.

THE IMPACT YOU'LL HAVE

Build systems that scale revenue. Design and ship automations, AI-based workflows, and low-code solutions that eliminate friction across our entire GTM stack — not just maintain what exists.

  • Diagnose business problems through data. Monitor outputs across CRM, marketing, and CS systems; identify anomalies; trace root causes back to process failures. You're the one who catches what no one else sees.
  • Shape cross-functional decisions. Translate ambiguous operational needs from Sales, Marketing, and CS into structured system logic — then implement it. You'll be in the room when it matters.
  • Evaluate what's next. Proactively research emerging tools and AI developments and recommend whether we act — you'll have the context to make that call credibly.
  • Contribute to reporting that drives strategy. Build dashboards and visualizations used by leadership to steer the company.

How You'll Grow With Us

You think in systems. You're comfortable with ambiguity and get energy from figuring things out, not from waiting for instructions. You've probably already built something — a script, a dashboard, an automation — just because it bothered you that the manual process was slow.

Concretely

  • Strong analytical foundation: SQL, spreadsheets, or scripting — you turn messy data into clear answers
  • Logical, structured thinker who can document findings and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders
  • Attention to detail: You catch what others miss and take ownership of getting things right, even under changing priorities
  • Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and no two weeks look the same
  • Bonus: Affinity with CRM (HubSpot), automation tools, or AI-based productivity tooling is a plus
  • Language: Fluency in English (C1) required; German is a plus
  • Enrolled in a degree program, available 16–20h/week

This is the kind of role where, 1 month in, you'll have shipped real things, influenced how a scaling SaaS company operates, and understand go-to-market at a depth.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO THRIVE

  • 💰 Competitive compensation package: Enjoy a salary, benefits, and equity, with annual reviews.
  • 💻 State-of-the-art tools and equipment for a modern and efficient setup.
  • 🍏 Health and wellness benefits: Access to Nilo Health, JobRad (bike leasing), and your choice between a GUUD card or Wellpass for sports and fitness.
  • 🥨 Prime office location & culture: Our office is in the heart of Munich, near the main train station, making it easily accessible for commuters and travelers. Our office is always lively, with 3 days/week in the office.
  • 🌞 Work-from-anywhere flexibility: You can work remotely for up to 3 months per year
  • 🌴 Attractive Compensation & Benefits: In addition to a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy different company benefits and 30 vacation days (based on full-time work).
  • 📚 Continuous learning: Get a €1,500 development budget plus 1 day of educational leave per year.
