THE TEAM AND ROLE

To continue to shape the future of healthcare, we are looking for an Intern Founders Associate (all genders) to support our operations, technology strategy and hiring in collaboration with our Co-Founders.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic project work: You will plan and implement projects in close cooperation with the founders

  • Market and competition analyses: You will be conducting analyses of target markets, competitors, and products in order to derive strategic recommendations

  • Product Strategy: Analyze and categorize potential product partners, evaluate inbound partnership requests, and conduct deep dives into specific product benefits

  • Process optimization: You will contribute to the further development and professionalization of internal processes and system landscapes to increase efficiency

  • AI Operations & automation initiatives: Identify and evaluate opportunities to integrate AI and automation into core business and operational processes

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Studying in business, physics, maths or anything connected at a top tier business school or in a similarly competitive environment

  • Experience regarding project management and/or operations, ideally in a startup, consulting firm or a similar dynamic environment

  • Structured way of working, organizational talent and very independent working style

  • Willingness to learn, adapt and execute quickly

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail

  • Strong skills in all common office programs

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English

Weekly hours

Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.

Mandatory internships are largely exempt from social contributions. Voluntary internships are treated like regular employment once they run long enough, so contributions usually apply.
