Description provided by ecoplanet
At ecoplanet, we're building the operating system for the energy transition. Our AI-powered platform turns energy management from a cost center into a competitive advantage for European manufacturers — saving energy costs and unlocking operational efficiency. Backed by EQT Ventures, HV Capital and more, and built by a team full of top-tier talent. We're scaling our GTM engine — and we need someone to work directly alongside our founder to make sure the systems behind it actually work.
Why This Role Matters
As Founders Associate, you're the systems brain behind our growth function, working hand-in-hand with our founder Henry to build a highly efficient, AI-leveraged setup.
What You’ll Achieve
Working directly with Henry, you'll build and run core projects in our growth organization:
- Growth engine: build and operate our AI-driven growth function — from demand generation to events
- AI, automation & analytics: improve the GTM stack and analytics by leveraging AI tools
- Content & PR: own how we show up externally, from content to press
What Sets You Up For Success
Must-haves
- Strong organizational skills and a high degree of ownership
- Excitement about using AI and automation to multiply your impact
- Structured, systems-oriented thinking, you are numbers driven
- Excellent German (C1+) and strong English skills
- You enjoy figuring things out independently
- You like building systems instead of doing repetitive manual work
- You see AI as a force multiplier
- You want to take ownership and have an outsized impact early in your career
- Competitive compensation: attractive salary
- Real ownership: Work directly with the founder on our most pressing challenges
- A solid foundation: the tech stack is already in place (HubSpot, Webflow, N8N) — you build on it, not from scratch
We don't do long forms. We don't do generic cover letters. Send us your CV and tell us why this role excites you.
