Job description

Personio published this listing. We've added our own working-student context below — what this role means for your weekly hours, take-home pay and student visa as a student in Munich, Germany.

Description provided by Personio

Personio's intelligent HR platform helps small and medium-sized organizations unlock the power of people by making complicated, time-consuming tasks simple and efficient. Our team of 1,500 Personios is building user-friendly products that delight our 15,000+ customers and their 1.5 million employees. Ready to make an impact from day one?

The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio

Our Partnerships team is a strategic growth lever for Personio, building and scaling an ecosystem of partners that extend our reach across Europe. We're looking for a Working Student Partner Operations (d/f/m) who wants more than an administrative support role - this is your chance to shape how we build, enable, and scale our partner business from the inside. You'll work directly alongside our Partnerships Leads and Head of Partnerships, contributing to strategic initiatives while keeping our operational engine running. If you're looking for an entry point into the world of SaaS partnerships, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration - this is it.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Strategic Projects: Drive ad-hoc initiatives end-to-end - from supporting business cases and designing workshops to developing frameworks that shape how we work with our partners.
  • Enablement & Knowledge Sharing: Create and share practical resources, training, and guidance that help partners and internal teams feel confident, informed, and set up to succeed.
  • Reporting & Insights: Build and maintain reports and dashboards that inform leadership decisions and surface growth opportunities across the partner portfolio
  • Process Design & Operations: Ensure partner processes run smoothly, identify operational gaps, and design scalable workflows that drive standardization across the partnerships function
  • Operational Execution: Own key administrative processes such as lead creation, invoice coordination with internal stakeholders and partners, and CRM data maintenance
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with teams like RevOps, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to unblock partner-related topics and align on shared priorities
  • Presentation & Communication: Create compelling slides and materials that support strategic conversations, partner reviews, and leadership updates

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Education & Availability: You are currently enrolled in an advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree as a full-time student, ideally for at least one full year for the duration of the working student position.
  • Strategic Thinking: You see beyond tasks - you understand how your work fits into the bigger picture and proactively identify opportunities to improve.
  • Analytical Mindset: You're comfortable working with data, spotting patterns, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Full Ownership: You are structured, independent, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • Agility: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is an opportunity, not a blocker.
  • Communication: Professional fluency in both German and English is essential. You communicate clearly and confidently across all levels.
