We are looking to fill the following position at the earliest possible date:

Commercial Assistant to the Executive Management – Internship/Trainee (m/f/d), Berlin

Your Responsibilities

• You will complete a 3-month internship as an onboarding period before taking on significant personal responsibility as a trainee; the internship may be shortened in the case of outstanding performance
• You will support our executive management in day-to-day business operations
• You will carry out tasks such as business analysis, desk research, and overhead management
• You will also provide support in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, financing, and real estate
• Your duties will also include communicating with individual departments and scheduling meetings/conference calls

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration (or are about to)
• You have excellent English language skills and are a native German speaker
• You are committed, proactive, and have an entrepreneurial mindset
• You have good knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Excel)
• You familiarize yourself quickly and conscientiously with new subject matter, are capable of multitasking, and keep a clear head even in stressful situations
