We work with renowned international brands, institutions, media companies and governmental organizations.

To strengthen our team in Berlin, we are looking for a motivated and organized:


Intern/Trainee (f/m/d) Translation/Travel & Reception


Your Responsibilities


Translation & Travel Coordination

  • Support the coordination of translation and travel assignments for national and international clients
  • Assist in sourcing and communicating with translation and travel service providers
  • Help prepare quotations and support cost calculations
  • Monitor project timelines, quality standards and supplier invoices
  • Support communication between clients, suppliers and internal teams
  • Assist in expanding and maintaining the supplier network


Reception & Office Coordination

  • Support the management office with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings and room reservations
  • Handle correspondence with international offices via phone and email
  • Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner
  • Conduct research tasks and prepare written communication in German and English


Internal Café & Hospitality Support

  • Assist in organizing daily operations of the in-house News Café
  • Support preparation of small daily dishes as well as breakfast/snack options for colleagues and guests
  • Coordinate café activities with reception and event planning
  • Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and service-oriented environment


Your Profile

  • Ongoing or completed studies in business, tourism, linguistics, hospitality, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Service-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitude
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and proactive working style
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain structured
  • Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
