To reinforce our team, we are looking for a

Social Media/Creative Intern/Trainee (m/f/d) — Berlin

What you will do

• Support the project management team in social media campaigns, digital projects, and integrated communication campaigns
• Contribute to the ideation and visual development of creative concepts for national and international clients across business, politics, media, and sport
• Support the design and production of digital and print materials including social content, brochures, flyers, and campaign assets
• Gain hands-on insight into digital marketing workflows, creative tools, and integrated campaign management

What we're looking for

• Ongoing or completed studies in communications, design, business, humanities, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; familiarity with Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation and visual production — such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or AI writing assistants — and a willingness to integrate them into your workflow
• Basic knowledge of CMS, HTML/CSS, or other web technologies is an advantage but not required
• A creative mindset with an interest in visual communication, culture, and trends
• Enthusiastic, proactive, well-organised, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment
